While other country music sites focus on the superstars, the International Country Music Database (ICMDb) shines light on the underrepresented artists that have just as much, if not more, talent as the superstars. The ICMDb database provides information on the whole country music spectrum. It currently contains information on more than 400 artists (signed and unsigned, new and classic) and is regularly added to and updated. Official site links, discographies, awards, facts, and tour dates are among the information to be found in an artist's listing. The goal is to have the largest, most up-to-date, cross-linked country music database available anywhere.
Artist interviews, concert and CD reviews, and news items provide some of the site's original content. Some of the biggest country music events, such as the CMA Music Festival (Fan Fair) and the Nashville Star competition are also covered on the site.

ICMDb is owned and operated by DLM Media Group, Inc. The company was formed a year ago with the intention of creating ICMDb.
