Afterwards, Bebel Gilberto moved to New York.  In this place, she made a great amount of performances in several famed bars such as the bar at the top of the World Trade Center, The Ballroom and The Rainbow.  Some time later, she moved to London, where she started working on her album named Tanto Tempo.  This album sold more than a million copies all over the world.  In fact, she was nominated to the Latin Grammy for this album too. However, Bebel was given a MOBO award in the United Kindom and a nomination for the Grammy for the follow-up album, Bebel Gilberto.  Today, Bebel lives in New York City, single and plans the album she will release this year.
