Smallville is a television series about the adventures of Clark Kent in the town of Smallville, Kansas before he became Superman. This television series debuted in 2001 on the WB Television Network. It was created by Alfred Gough and Miles Millar. Up to this date, two soundtracks of Smallville have been released: Smallville: The Talon Mix (2003) and Smallville: The Metropolis Mix (2005). The theme song of Smallville is a song of Remy Zero called “Save Me”; it appears in the opening credits of every episode.

Smallville: The Talon Mix includes songs by Remy Zero, Weezer, Five for Fighting, Steadman and Lifehouse, among others. Smallville: The Metropolis Mix includes collaborations of Depeche Mode, Josh Kelley, Minnie Driver, The All-American Rejects, Sixpence None the Richer and Rascal Flatts, among others.

All the songs of both soundtracks have been or will be heard on Smallville.
