L.A. Guns are a popular rock band that was formed in 1983 in Los Angeles, California. The music of L.A. Guns has been associated with the glam metal scene of Sunset Strip in the 1980’s and with the sleaze glam genre. Guns N’ Roses once had at least 3 of the original members of L.A. Guns. The original members of L.A. Guns were: Tracii Guns (guitar), Axl Rose (vocals), Ole Beich (bass) and Rob Gardner (drums). The current members of this band are: Phil Lewis (vocals), Adam Hamilton (bass), Steve Riley (drums) and Stacey Blades (guitar). The former members of L.A. Guns are: Axl Rose, Michael Jagosz, Paul Black, Chris Van Dahl, Ralph Saenz, Jizzy Pearl, Rob Gardner, Nickey “Beat” Alexander, MC Bones, Tracii Guns, Robert Stoddard, Mick Cripps, Keff Ratcliffe (touring), Brent Muscat (touring), Chris Holmes (touring), Keri Kelli (touring), Ole Beich, Kelly Nickels, Johnny Crypt, Muddy and Izzy Stradlin.

LA Guns, the first album of L.A. Guns was released in 1988 on Vertigo Records. The songs of this album became instant classics, the most popular songs of the album LA Guns are: “One More Reason” and “Sex Action”. In 1989, with the release of their second album, Cocked & Loaded, L.A. Guns reached the commercial peak of their career. The song called “The Ballad of Jane” was a smash radio and video hit, this song gave a platinum sales status to the album. In 2005, L.A. Guns released an album titled Tales from the Strip. This album is the best L.A. Guns album in years.
