At the beginning, the style and the sound of BulletBoys was influenced by bands like AC/DC and Van Halen. Fans and experts within the music industry praised the first two albums of BulletBoys (BulletBoys and Freakshow). Some of the songs of their debut album were MTV hits. Some people compared the band with Van Halen, some even said that Marq Torien sounded like David Lee Roth; in fact, Ted Templeman was the one who produced the albums of Van Halen in which David Lee Roth appeared and the albums of BulletBoys. <br/>

The current members of Whitesnake are: David Coverdale (vocals), Doug Aldrich (guitar), Reb Beach (guitar), Uriah Duffy (bass), Tommy Aldridge (drums) and Timothy Drury (keyboards). In January 1978, David Coverdale formed Whitesnake, he had already recorded two albums as a solo artist, one of them called White Snake. The original members of Whitesnake included him, drummer Dave Dowle, Neil Murray, Brian Johnston, Bernie Marsden and Micky Moody. In 1980, the road to stardom of Whitesnake began with the release of their album Ready an’ Willing but in 1982, the entire lineup of the band changed and only David Coverdale and Jon Lord remained in it. The band disappeared from 1990 to 1994 when Coverdale reformed it with new members. The change of members in Whitesnake continued from 1994 to 1999 when David Coverdale fired the rest of the band and started his solo career one more time. In 2002, Whitesnake returned once again. <br/>
